4. Refunds

Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product passes our quality check.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

If the same product is available, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund.
